Information We May Collect
If you contact us, we may receive your name, organisation, organisation type, contact details, site or estate location, energy priorities, preferred response route and the information you choose to provide about a site, estate, energy requirement or commercial enquiry.
The website processes limited technical information needed to deliver pages securely and reliably. With Analytics consent, Google Analytics 4 measures page views, engagement, review-request and contact clicks, and confirmed review enquiries. Names, email addresses, telephone numbers and form answers are not included in our Analytics events. Page queries and fragments are removed from the page addresses we send. Advertising storage, ad personalisation and Google signals are not enabled by this setup. You can withdraw Analytics consent using Cookie preferences in the footer.
How We Use Information
We use enquiry information to respond, understand the opportunity, arrange appropriate follow-up and manage a potential business relationship. Depending on the circumstances, this may be necessary to take steps at your request before entering a contract, to pursue our legitimate interests in operating and developing the business, to comply with legal obligations, or to act on your consent.
We do not use website enquiry information for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
Retention
We keep personal information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the enquiry, potential project, business relationship, legal obligations and the establishment or defence of legal claims. The period will depend on the nature and progress of the contact. Consent and website experience choices stored in your browser remain until you change them, clear site storage or the record is replaced.
Your Rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct, erase or restrict personal information, to object to certain processing, and to receive information in a portable format. Where processing depends on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier processing.
You can contact us first using revolution@anyg.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes
We will review this notice when the website, enquiry process or use of personal information changes. The date below shows when this version was last updated.
